Refund & Dispute Policy
Last Updated: 5/2/2026
At National Telehealth Providers (“NTP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we provide access to telehealth services through independent, licensed healthcare providers. By purchasing a subscription or service through our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
No Refund Policy
All purchases made through National Telehealth Providers are final and non-refundable.
We do not guarantee that a patient will receive a prescription, diagnosis, or specific treatment.
Licensed healthcare providers exercise independent medical judgment, and decisions regarding care—including whether to treat, prescribe, or order labs—are made solely by the provider.
A patient’s dissatisfaction with a provider’s medical decision does not qualify for a refund.
No Guarantee of Provider Availability
While we strive to connect patients with qualified providers, we do not guarantee:
Immediate access to a provider
Approval for treatment or prescriptions
Completion of a requested service
Disputes & Chargebacks
By using our services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
If a dispute or chargeback is initiated:
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account
Access to all services may be revoked
Any outstanding balances may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, at our sole discretion, we may review concerns on a case-by-case basis. However, this does not constitute a waiver of this policy.
